This level is designed to introduce you to the knowledge, skills and rationale needed to effectively teach the Ginástica Natural method in a clear and concise manner. With methodology for classes for beginners and advanced students, with stretching techniques, cardio respiratory training, with a constant movement and varied combination of movements. Ways of applying it in different fields of training and method philosophy are also topics addressed, aiming beyond the aesthetic result, the main focus: improving the quality of life for all practitioners in group classes format for gyms, studios, clubs and personal training., building customer loyalty with different daily options.

CONTENT
Level 3 has a constant exchange of information. Several exercise options are presented to be integrated into group classes, personal training, athletes and rehabilitation programs. Techniques that provide a knowledge and mastery of the body.
It also consists of exercises specifically for athletes and practitioners of all sports and martial arts, in a unique way that, in addition to performance, prevents injuries.
Also covered is a range of exercises to be used to warm up training and competing athletes. Being the extension of Level 1 and Level 2, it offers important topics for rehabilitation: advanced level breathing techniques, stretching, dynamic flexibility and strength exercises that help you get back to work.

CONTENT
Ginástica Natural is known around the world for its range of movements and their connections, which make a dynamic and constantly moving class.
This level aims to provide the instructor with a new methodology for collective Ginástica Natural classes and individual training, as well as the combined movement technique.
Level 4 consists of 12 unpublished exercises used in training athletes of different sports and can be applied in classes for students of intermediate and advanced levels.
These exercises can be incorporated into level 1, 2 and 3 classes, warm up for sports activities and self-paced training.
Combined exercise sequences can be used for students with various levels of physical fitness.
